While the name is new the company and the people behind it are not. Moreton Homes is a Family Owned, Debt Free, Home Building Company (Vangrove Pty Ltd) and we have building new homes since 1986. When you build with us, you deal directly with the actual builder from start to finish. For 40 years we have always offered our clients, the best value for money product from the start. No fake discounts or ridiculous “Free” inclusions. The owner of the business, Sam Caruso, is a second-generation builder who with his father, John, started the building company, Vangrove Pty Ltd in 1986 and still runs the company today. Over the decades we have had the pleasure to completed hundreds of new family homes for our customers, as well as hundreds of new homes for State Government departments from Brisbane to Townsville. After taking the last five years off, we have decided to recommence activity with a focus on building new low set brick homes within the Moreton Bay and surrounding areas. We have a strong focus in producing functional designs that best suit today’s modern lifestyle. Our aim is to provide our customers with “Affordable Quality Homes” without the self-serving glitz and glamour that many builders like to bathe themselves in.
